Our in-house Research & Development experts have perfected the interaction between our coffee capsules and machines, creating a unique system that controls every variable.

Using advanced Swiss technology and skilled engineering, our machines deliver the exact amount of water, temperature, pressure and speed to unlock the full aroma and crema of our coffees. This delivers a perfect cup of coffee, time after time.

Our first Nespresso coffee machine, the C-100, resembled a miniature version of a professional espresso machine you will be familiar with today. Now, our range of machines feature revolutionary designs that allow consumers and businesses alike to personalize their coffee to just how they like it.

Our full range of coffee machines, which cater to people who want a Nespresso coffee at home and those who want to enjoy Nespresso coffees elsewhere, including in hotels, on airplanes and in restaurants.

We have three signature ranges:

 

1. Original:

These are the first ones we designed. With their award-winning and timeliness designs, they offer flexibility, ingenuity and convenience to our in-home and small office consumers.

There’s the CitiZ machine, perfectly suited for chic, urban living, or the PIXIE, our smallest and fastest machine to-date. Then there’s our Lattissima range which allows coffee lovers to indulge in the perfect pairing of coffee and milk.

 

 

 

2. Vertuo:

Launched in 2014, the versatile Vertuo system is equiped with our revolutionary Centrifusion™ technology. It uses a gentle combination of centrifugal force and infusion to perfect-brew any coffee, from a 40ml espresso to a 414ml alto, topped with a thick, luscious crema.

Its intelligent extraction system uses code technology to recognize the different brewing parameters for each Vertuo coffee, precisely calibrating infusion time, water temperature, flow rate, rotational speed and cup length. In fact, each capsule spins up to 7,000 rotations per minute, extracting the best aromas and creating the perfect crema, every time.

 

 

 

3. Nespresso Professional

More and more coffee lovers seek to recreate their Nespresso experience away from home. To meet this growing demand, we’ve developed a range of professional machines for businesses as well as the hospitality and travel industries.

Featuring the latest technology, our professional machines can be found in some of the top-rated hotels and restaurants worldwide. Our consumers can also enjoy their favourite cup of Nespresso coffee on-board some of the major international airlines and private jets.
