On November 8, 2011, Nespresso opened its first airport boutique at the Orly Airport in Paris.

With the opening of this first airport boutique, Nespresso is responding to the needs of Club Members, adapting to their rhythm of life and offering them evermore convenience with its innovative services.

The Orly Airport Boutique, the twenty-third Nespresso boutique in France, is ideally situated within the Orly West terminal, at the heart of the “Petite Madeleine”. A strategic point for all national departures. The “Petite Madeleine” area houses five premium gastronomic brands, renowned for their unique know-how and unparalleled quality.

Offering more convenience to Club Members

“ The Orly Airport boutique is a real novelty for Nespresso. Our Club Members travel a lot. With this conveniently located boutique, we want to ease their daily life and bring them evermore convenience in accessing our offerings. Like in all our boutiques, our consumers will find in the Orly boutique the highest quality coffees and service excellence that our brand has become known for,“ said Arnaud Deschamps, Market Director of Nespresso France.

At this boutique, open 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm, travellers can access all the Nespresso products that they know and enjoy: from a variety of Grand Cru coffees and a selection of coffee-tasting accessories, such as the Ritual Collection designed by the Putman Studio, to PIXIE, the latest addition to the wide array of Nespresso machines.

With this new concept, Nespresso brings even more services and choice to its Club Members, pursuing its quest for constant innovation and consumers’ delight.

An exceptional new service for travellers

In the Orly boutique, Nespresso provides its travelling consumers an exceptional new service with Nespresso Boutique Pick Up. By placing an order online or by telephone, travellers will have the opportunity to pick up their order an hour after, before taking off or after landing, at a special counter within the Orly Airport boutique. Without having to wait.
