Volluto, Ristretto, Rosabaya, Fortissio, Decaffeinato or gold, black, pink, green, red ... The 16 Nespresso Grands Crus are no secret to you. You know what you want and you don’t feel the urge to explore, Nespresso has created for you the Exclusive Room. A room that combines convenience and freedom of choice.
This Exclusive Room, available exclusively in France at the Nespresso boutique Madeleine, is truly at the cutting edge of innovation. It combines the best technology with comfort to enable you to select your favourite coffees in three easy, quick and fun steps.
First, go to the Exclusive Room and take a bag. Then, chose the capsule sleeves that fit your preference and insert them in the bag. Third, place your bag in an automatic payment terminal. Within seconds, it assesses the amount of your purchase through the chips inserted in each sleeve. Pay with your card and you are all set to enjoy our Grands Crus!
Nespresso Boutique Pick Up for busy Club Members
Ideally located at the entrance of the boutique, the Nespresso Boutique Pick Up service will undoubtedly be a very popular during the Christmas shopping season. One hour after placing your order by phone or Internet to the Nespresso Club, capsules, machines and accessories will be waiting for you. In between business meetings or after a wild shopping spree, you will easily get your order in a matter of minutes.

Twice a week, a Nespresso coffee specialist will take you on a journey of discovery into the world of Nespresso Grand Cru coffees. You will be delighted by the captivating aromatic notes of your espresso, enhanced by a chocolate specifically created by Nespresso to harmonise with our Grand Cru coffees.
